Well yet another New Year-2009-where does the time go ?
have been suffering since my November illness from extreme lethargy -firstly from the barrage of antibiotics and fighting the infection, then from stresses and strains of a hectic family Christmas
Now I resemble the shape of the Christmas pudding and I havent rowed for months so I need to regain some motivation
so its a good job Mr Motivator is back on GmTv and a friend is going to support me too -we have a big family wedding in August so that is also motivation
wish me luck I shall need it !!
